Pots

Starting in 2010, Ken has attended weekly sessions at the Cluny Pottery in Byker, Newcastle upon Tyne, mentored by David Pyrke. A selection of large coiled pots: ‘The Pot of Basil’, and the ‘Life Pot’ have been created. Many household pots thrown on the wheel: ‘Blue RARE Goblet’, teal pots, bowls , plates, cheese domes and caked stands. Cast pots from Ken’s original ‘Snow Bear’ sculpture then raku fired. And a slab pot in the form of a clock.
